Hi everyone! My post today has to be a quick one. I need to spend today catching up on my housework and laundry. Oh....a mother's job is never done, right?

I've been making some more sympathy cards lately because I find myself rarely making them and then I don't have one when I need it, plus my mother in law and my husband's grandmother are always in need of them.

This was a super quick, easy card I made last night. Actually I made several of these and if you notice I purposely didn't add any ribbon or other embellishments. I figured if I was giving these to my in-laws for them to use, I'd better keep them more like a note card so that they wouldn't have to worry about how much postage they would need.

This is a 2 step stampin up stamp set so all I did was stamp once using one color and then stamp again over top of my first image. I wanted to use a larger sympathy sentiment to sort of fill up some of the white space.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!

Stamps: Blossoms Abound, Thoughts & Prayers
Card Stock: White
Ink: Black, Pale Plum, Perfect Plum, Old Olive, Certainly Celery
Supplies: Stamp-a-ma-jig
Technique: 2 Step Stampin
