I finally had a chance to make a card for Monday's Splitcoast clean & simple challenge. This week's challenge was a theme challenge and we were to create cards using things that fly.
My son is invited to a birthday party for one of his friends at his preschool so I thought this space ship image would be just perfect for a birthday card. I colored my image using my SU water color crayons and a blender pen. I added some dots on the blue part of the space ship using my white gel pen.
I decided to add a few decorative score lines (using my scor-pal) on my background. On top of my ribbon, I placed a button with a small peice of ribbon tied through it.
Be sure to stop by tomorrow because I'll be posting my card for this week using a digi image from FireCracker Designs. Have a great day!
