WOW! Did we ever get the snow yesterday! I spent a few hours shoveling and I've seen enough snow for this year, I'm so ready for spring! The piles of snow at the end of my driveway are as high as my mailbox. I'll have to post a picture tomorrow.

Today is my daughter's 15th birthday and I thought I would share her birthday card with you.
My daughter's favorite colors are pink and black and I decided to go with those colors. For most of the image I colored it using my SU markers. On the face, hands, and legs I didn't want the color quite as intense so I decided to used a wonder color crayon and blender pen using the color blush blossom.

I came across my crimper the other day and I wondered why I hardly ever use it so I decided to crimp my pretty in pink card stock. I used dimensionals beneath my stamped image and my ribbon is from Offray.

Have a wonderful day and thanks so much for stopping by!

Patty, this is precious! Love the pink and black too. I really like how you used the crimper. I think I'm going to have to get one! Oh, and Happy Birthday to your daughter.

I don't often post comments (ungrateful subscriber that I am, sorry), but this card is simply beautiful (and beautifully simple). Thanks for reminding me to pull out my neglected tools - I *love* the look the crimper adds to this card!
