Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms out there! I hope you had a wonderful day!

My son and older daughter both made me a Mother's Day card. My son gave me a plate that he made at preschool and my daughter made me a collage of pictures and she stamped the frame around it. They were both perfect gifts and I will always keep them!

All week I've been trying to come up with an idea for this week's mojo sketch and tonight I thought I'll give it a try. Below I have uploaded the sketch that we were to use.

The row of four small squares really had me stumped. I ended up using an image from SU's Pocket Silhouettes stamp set thinking that it would sort of match my larger image from SU's Garden Silhouettes.

My larger stamped image was stamped directly from the ink pad onto my card stock.  Then I stamped my image two more times, but the second time I stamped off onto a scrap piece of card stock first.  I wanted to achieve some lighter shades of the Chocolate Chip color.

At first I had my background embossed, but I felt my images were sort of busy so I decided to change it and added two rows of paper piercing just along the bottom of my card.  I tried to keep this sketch clean and simple.  I hope you like it, thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: Garden Silhouettes, Pocket Silhouettes, Warmest Regards
Card Stock: White, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Supplies: Brads, Large & Small Oval Punches, SU Mat Pack, Paper Piercing Tool
Technique: Paper Piercing Pin It
