I made this card for todays free for all challenge on Splitcoast stampers. The free for all challenge was previously known as Friday's limited supply challenge.

Todays challenge was a fairy tale themed challenge. I kept thinking about what kind of card I could make, and then I started searching the internet. I found a Disney coloring sheet website that has coloring pages available.

My niece just love's Princess Belle and yellow is her very favorite color, so this will be her birthday card this year, she's going to love it!

In my first picture here I wanted to show my before and after results. I also wanted to show the markers that I used so that you would be able to see all of the different colors on my coloring.

For the skin tone I did do some water coloring using my Blush Blossom water color crayon and a blender pen. Everything else was colored using my markers.

Once my coloring was finished I was getting ready to assemble my card and I was trying to decide on the layout I wanted to use. Sometimes when I'm stuck I'll go back through the sketch challenges on splitcoast stampers and I'll pick one of them to use. You can find the sketch gallery here.

My background is embossed using my Cuttlebug and D'Vine Swirls embossing folder. I used my scallop edge punch along the Pretty in Pink layer and I used my photo corners punch for the small Barely Banana photo corner.

It's hard to see in my picture and I wanted to mention that my Barely Banana layer is stamped, tone on tone, using the small swirly stamp from SU's Priceless stamp set.

In my first photo it's hard to see the glitter that I added on Princess Belle's dress so I tried to get a better, close up photo, of it (which you can see in my last picture to the right).

Card Stock: White, Barely Banana, Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery
Ink: Barely Banana
Supplies: Ribbon, SU Markers, Scallop Border Punch, Photo Corner Punch, VersaMark Marker, Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Cuttlebug, D'Vine Swirls Embossing Folder, Water Color Crayons, Blender Pen
Technique: Dry Embossing, Heat Embossing Pin It
