This is my card for today's clean & simple challenge in which we were to create a square card. I rarely make square cards I guess because of not having an envelope the correct size, but I could make my own envelope or just mail it using a regular size envelope- I guess it really doesn't matter. I like the way this turned out and I'll have to make square cards more often.
I stamped the upper portion of my card using the leafy branch stamp. I stamped twice using two different coloring inks- More Mustard and So Saffron. To finish off my background I stamped a few flowers and them cut then out.
I used a border punch along the bottom of my background and I decided to make this a sympathy card. I do not have very many sympathy cards and I thought I'd better start replenishing my stash.
Thanks for looking! Have a great Monday!

Beautiful Patty, I really like that color combo and your border. I wish I could tie a bow like that :) Wonderful card.
Really pretty, Patty. I love the colors your used and how you made your own DP. Lovely.

Very pretty card! I have the same issue with square cards, LOL...I think part of it is they need more postage to send, so I just never make them...
