I began making my card by first stamping my image and then coloring it using my SU chalks. TIP- it really helps to prevent smearing or smudging if you spray your finished image with hair spray. It even helps to brighten up the colors a bit too.
After that it was just a matter of putting together my card. I used the labels framelits to cut out the bashful blue layer behind my image panel and I used my scallop trim border punch along the bottom part of my red designer series paper. Just along the bottom portion of my bashful blue card stock I added two rows of paper piercing and for my embellishments I decided to use ribbon and some pearls.

Thanks for the hairspray tip. I always used water but then that meant I had to use watercolor paper. Can't wait to give this a try. BTW, Thank you also, for your reply, I did see it :}

I recently dug out my chalks too! They are SU and about circa 2000!!! LOL I think my card post on Friday that I colored with it. I did not know about the hairspray, thanks!
