The first card that I made is a Christmas card. I used my SU Snow Swirled and Holiday & Whishes stamp sets to make my card.
For my background paper I just took the small snowflake stamp and stamped it randomly using Old Olive and Real Red ink. My tree image is stamped using Old Olive ink and then I added a few red bling gems.
I used my wide oval punch for my sentiment and my red ribbon is from Offray.
The next card that I made was another Christmas card and it even easier and quicker to make.
I used the poinsettia stamp from SU's Perfect Presentation stamp set. I colored the poinsettia using my Real Red SU marker because I didn't want to stamp the wording that is around the poinsettia image. Then I just stamped a few of them together in a row. I did end up using my stamp-a-ma-jig so that I could get them lined up nicely.
I then layered my stamped panel onto Real Red card stock and then I decided to add a gold brad to the center of each poinsettia.
I found the decorative paper in my scrap bin and I thought it would be perfect for my card. My sentiment is stamped using gold encore ink and my red ribbon is from Offray.
And this is the last Christmas card that I decided to make. I really like the way this card turned out, but my husband hated it, oh well! What do husbands know anyway, right? So, against his advice I've decided that I'm going to submit it for the Autumn CAS DT challenge.
I received this image through an image swap that I hosted this past summer. This was another pretty quick and easy card that I made. I used my SU watercolor crayons and blender pen to color the image and it really only took a few minutes to color.
In the upper right and lower left hand corners of my main image panel I decided to do some decorative paper piercing.
I wanted to add a touch of green card stock, so I decided to add a small piece using my SU Scallop border punch. My red ribbon is from Offray.
I ended up making an autumn themed card for this challenge as well.
I stamped my image using brown Stazon ink and again, I colored it using my SU watercolor crayons and blender pen. I used SU's Give Thanks stamp set to make this card.
I added some decorative paper piercing along the left side of my ruby red card stock and my green (Old Olive color) ribbon is from Offray.
Once I had my card finished I still felt like it needed a little something more, so I decided to add some faux stitching along the bottom of my More Mustard card stock.
