I came across a clean & simple blog challenge posted here while I was looking at Lynn's blog the
other day and I decided to play along.

The photo below is the sketch that I followed. It's a pretty easy sketch and my card only took me a few minutes to make.

I stamped the bees and then colored them a bit using my Yo-Yo Yellow marker. Then I wanted to add just a touch of blue and I decided to use my Bliss Blue water color crayon and blender pen. Water coloring is a great alternative when you want a lighter touch with your color.

I also water colored the bee's faces using a mix of Blush Blossom and Barely Banana crayons.

My bee images are layered onto black card stock and I used my circle punches to punch the circles.

It might be hard to see in my picture but I did add some dazzling diamonds glitter on the wings of the bees and I also added some decorative scoring above and just below the bees.

I wasn't quite sure about the yellow ribbon because it's kind of bright, but I decided to go with it anyway.

Thanks so much for stopping! Have a great stampin day!
